Job Title: Network Engineer
Experience: 5-6 Years
Location: Raipur – CG
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing large-scale network infrastructures within an Internet Service Provider (ISP) environment. As a Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of our network services, directly impacting our customers’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and high-performance networks to meet the demands of our services.
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues related to connectivity, latency, and performance, both proactively and reactively.
Network Optimization: Monitor and optimize network performance by fine-tuning configurations, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices for traffic management.
Network Security: Ensure the security of network infrastructure through regular audits, updates, and implementation of firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
Configuration Management: Manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices, ensuring proper functioning and configuration adherence.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, engineering, and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive network documentation and provide regular reports on network performance, incidents, and capacity planning.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest network technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, preferably within an ISP or telecom environment.
Technical Expertise:
1. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.), Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.
2. Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
3. Familiarity with SDN, IPv6, and network automation is a plus.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent preferred.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex network issues quickly.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with cloud networking and virtualized environments.
2. Knowledge of network security frameworks and best practices.
3. Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Python scripting, etc.).

This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can deliver impactful results in a short timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive interim marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
2. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
3. Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media).
4. Manage SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing efforts.
5. Analyze digital performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
6. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts.
7. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
Qualifications:
